I'll get the ball rolling with what I use:
My primary keyboard is an AKKO JIN01 Santorini Edition. It's super solid, heavy, and has a really nice sound right out of the box. It punches well above its weight in terms of price. As an aside, I think AKKO's rosewood switches are my favorite keyboard switches right now.
For work and Brickadia, I use a Logitech MX Keys S in pale grey. I really like the low profile nature of this keyboard. If you like Apple's thin keyboards I think you will like one of these as well. It can swap between up to three different computers wirelessly with a click of a button, and it's mac and windows compatible which is a big plus for me as I use Apple computers for work.
Lastly, this is a custom build I just finished. The board is a Tes65 by Divinikey and I have some silent switches in it currently and some retro keycaps I got off amazon.
(I also just recently got a Novation Launchkey 25 as my first midi keyboard, but I'm still figuring it out)
