Made better placer surface aligning. This was used to make the thing you see above without ever switching grid mode.
Those of you that have open alpha, take note of this very old bug. Place a micro brick, size it to about the size of a 16x16 baseplate but don't make it any taller. Try to build on it with normal bricks. Your bricks all end up floating because the surface is off grid.
In mouse mode, the Placer now "bumps" the alignment of the grid in the hit normal direction if you try to place on a surface that is not level with a grid cell. Locking and entering precision and follow mode work correctly. This fixes the bug.
