It looks to me like the only real mistake the devs of this game made, was aiming it towards this furry, lgbtq player base.
You blink wrong around those guys and you homophobic, the harm done to this game wasnt from bad development decisions, it was from salty lgbtq people, that didnt get there every demand met by six and zeblote.
I personally have had disagreements with the majority of the dev team, but they arent bigots in anyway and anyone calling them such names needs to wake the **** up and go touch some grass.
What most likely actually happened, was burnice, being melodramatic probably fucked up, over reacted or crashed out at something very minuscule, burning bridges and decided to try slander the rest of the team out of spite.
I very much doubt zeblote "fired" burnice for no reason, as an outsider who looks into the community, all this furry bullshit surrounding the game will be the death of it.
All the furries rage typing "BUT THIS GAMES COMMUNITY IS QUEER AND FURRIES" exactly, why the **** do you think its so small and no one ever stays around long?
Because anyone that doesnt lick the ass of the furries is instantly outcast by the community.
Of course the game was destined to have a very small player base, when that player base is full of a bunch of arrogant insecure people that like to pretend they are animals.
Thats what fucked this game up, not the developers, there choice to target the game towards this specific group of people and allowing this cancerous community to feel so involved.
That discord is a shithole pit of absolute degeneracy, there are a few genuinely good people in there amongst all the weirdos and i genuinely feel sorry for those who just want brickadia to be a building game, they have to read through some new bullshit surrounding the game every week, just because the sensitive, immature player base of this game have no real lives and like to stir the pot constantly.
The same furry, melodramatic, over reacting, hostile, toxic and frankly childish people that want the game to be exclusively aimed towards them are the same people who cry that there isnt more players.
Maybe if you werent all such hostile, arrogant, sensitive, contrarian, nit picking, condescending assholes, you would have more reasonable people to play with.

If brickadia wants to survive, it needs a new player base that arent obsessed with trying to theme the game towards furries.
It will die a slow and ugly death with its current player base, try argue it and your a moron.
Why is brickrigs doing so well? Because the games aimed towards gamers in general, not a bunch of gay animal dressing people.
Brickadia is better than brickrigs at a fundamental level, brick rigs is doing a million times better because the community is more open to change and new people, brickadia will never have a fraction of the community brick rigs does unless they stop aiming it towards the same 50 people that just want it to be a furry game.
