There's two thoughts to how pages can look.
1) Do what SpigotMC or PaperMC's "Hanger" has for their minecraft plugins, which provides a basic page just for displaying plugin details, and a "review" second at the bottom. There then is also a sub-section connected to each plugin page which allows for a thread discussion (like this thread) for topics. While side-content is also useful (such as a copy-paste-able button to "download" the plugin, along with links to the source code/github, and other project info), especially if there is an API that can ping an API to get all the details for a plugin, a simple plugin page + discussion thread style is more than enough for most plugins.
2) Just create a "modding" category, along side the other tabs like community, support, and gallery. You can then specify each sub-category for omegga plugins or UE4SS mods for releases, and just utilize this basic thread format for creators to standardize each plugin page themselves. Either reactions can be used as a basic review system (whether a mod works, has problems, or any other reaction type), or comments can be both reviews and support.
The first one might require more set up, but will look more polished. Second one can be done right away, with much of the formatting being done by the developers themselves when they make the posts.
Also, since two full sections are needed for symmetry on the main page, the first section for "Modding Releases" can be about plugins, downloading them, and troubleshooting. The second section could simply be "Mod Development" which can help with teaching people how to make plugins/mods, or having a job board for people looking for work/ looking to hire.
arandomkiwi Indeed, this would allow to centralize several Brickadia-related contents on a simple, indexed platform.
A new category with subcategories could be created, and we could delegate you advanced rights to it.
If that works, that would be really helpful. When the categories are created, depending how the pages turn out, I could write two stickies for plugin format (for a quick copy-paste fill in to make sure new plugins all follow the same format), and for quick Q/A stuff. I don't know about the backend for what you have, I'm sure there are moderation tools to make sure we can use webhooks to either ping when plugins update, or to atleast notify me/staff to verify plugin reports/issues.
