Like you cant really freeform in Brickadia like you could in Minecraft

all those buttons and clicking

in MC just hot-bar and mouse buttons

while this game loads with you with different block volumes and bricks, that decision paralysis can get to ya.

blocks in Minecraft just textures for the most part all in the same Meter Cubed metric.

Brickadia got 1x2 2x2 4x4 5x4 etc

and there are Micros

If Only you can sculpt and slice a Brick

I want to sculpt and build without planning for godsake.

I dont get it, what exactly is the issue? Too many bricks to play with? Too complex interface?

I kinda get this but its more a discussion rather than support. I'd suggest constraining yourself to certain bricks and then when you see it fit you break the rules. The rules you make for yourself are arbitrary but it will help you with consistency in builds I think. I actually get decision paralysis from modern minecraft, which just gets me to make ugly mob farms before I feel like I can start building anything, but that's because I play survival.

Wdym by sculpting do you want to be able to place a normal brick and then cut it to be a wedge? I feel like that'd require a pretty thorough overhaul of the entire building system in this game.

Egat that was I thinking. I just gonna build with just one or two bricks with no resizing allowed. We need a build server with such a quirk.

A server that doesn't allow resizing? Brickitect hosts something that disallowed any brick with "micro" in it, but the hard part is enforcing it. I have this quirky way of building terrain that uses 3x4x4 cubes instead of 4x4x4 cubes so that it has the potential to look less blocky than minecraft, then if I want to be lazy I just scale it up to the double size of itself meaning 6x8x8 and 12x16x16 and so on. The rules in my case are meant to be broken as I see fit, but then serve as a guideline to get started with something.

By slicing I'm guessing you mean something like CSG, but that's not really possible here. My recommendation for a minecraft-like workflow would be to start with some basic shapes, maybe even just one, to outline what you want; then go back and detail. You could even imitate a marching cubes algorithm by pretending the bricks are voxels and adding slopes once you're done with those.
