1⃣ Go to the user's profile page (by clicking on their avatar icon or name, for example), then click on "Profile Comments":
2⃣ Click on the text "Leave your comment..." :
3⃣ In the window that appears, enter your comment in the text field (1). Once finished, click on "Leave comment" to publish it:
